In reply to Your Excellency's letter No.562/1915

dated 30th. Karch, 1915, relative to commications with the

Admiralty High Power Wireless Station on Stonceutters Island,

I have thehonour to inform you that, in addition to the telegraphic

comunication being arranged for by you, a telephone line between

my office and the Wireless Station is necessary. The proposals made

in the attached copy of a submission sent by me to the Admiralty

will meet Naval requirements as far as telephonic communication is

concerned.

I have asked the Lords Commissioners of the

Admiralty for a reply by cable to this submission and if these

proposals are approved, I see no necessity for utilising any of the

wires in the cable to be laid between Hunghom Point and North Point.
